Punjab Industrial Estates (PIE) has shifted its head office from Egerton Road to Sunder Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road. The step had become necessary in order to accelerate industrial activities in Sunder Estate. A PIE spokesman said departments including marketing, engineering, finance and IT, etc will be functional at Sunder Estate from September 28, 2010.
However, he added, a small city office will start functioning at 27-Egerton Road, Ajmal House 3rd floor (Adjacent Hotel Holiday Inn) with effect from 15 October 2010. Telephone numbers for the new head office of PIE would be 042-35297203-6.-PR
