Through your esteemed column, I would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards bad services provided by cellphone companies. Since these companies have introduced many packages regarding SMS and phone calls, they have spoiled their services.
Whenever we try to send an SMS, either it is not sent or if it is sent, it takes much time to reach the destination. Similarly, when we try to make a phone call, there is no response. I am not against SMS and call packages, but if these companies are providing different packages, they must take care of the services too!
On the other hand, when we call the call centre representatives about the problem, they tell us to take out your SIM and fix it in another mobile and then again fix it in your own mobile, the services will be fine. But the same problem exists again. I request to the concerned authorities that not only give us packages but provide us good services also.
