Wapda ex-chairman Shamsul Mulk is totally wrong when he claims controversial Kalabagh Dam (KBD) is meant for the whole country and not only for Punjab (October 10).
Had this project meant for whole of Pakistan, the three out of total four provinces - Sindh, Balochistan and KP - would have not passed about 10 resolutions through their elected assemblies against the construction of controversial dam in Punjab. Now efforts are being made to bring "forcible consensus" on the controversial dam which is wrong in principle.
