The government is committed to bring all the culprits of heinous crime like rape, torture and murder to justice. This was stated by the Federal Minister for Minorities Affairs, Shahbaz Bhatti, on Wednesday while delivering a cheque of Rs 5 lac to Nasreen Bibi mother of Shazia (Late) victim of famous torture and murder case, which took place at Lahore in January 2010.
He said people involved in the heinous crimes of rape, kidnapping and torture are not human beings and government will take strict action against them. He further said the child labour is illegal and against the moral values. Society should expose those elements who are patronising child labour. Minister expressed solidarity with the victim's family. Secretary Ministry of Minorities Affairs Javed Akhtar and Najmi Saleem, MPA Punjab were also present on this occasion.-PR
