As elsewhere, the third death anniversary of the martyrs of Karsaz blast, was observed in Karachi on Monday. Quran Khawani was arranged at the Sindh Chief Minister House here for 'Isal-i-Sawab' to the departed souls. Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Interior Minister, Rehman Malik, and Sindh Assembly Speaker, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro also participated in the Qura'an Khawani.
