Armed men on Monday torched three oil tankers carrying fuel for Nato forces in Afghanistan in two different incident's of violence in Balochistan. According to official sources, the tankers carrying oil for US-led ISAF forces stationed in Afghanistan was way to Chaman from Karachi when unknown gunmen intercepted the vehicles at Akhtarabad area of Quetta and attacked by firing shots.
Resultantly, the tanker was damaged, however the driver and cleaner, luckily remained unhurt. In another incident of violence armed men stopped two Nato containers heading towards Afghanistan in Mangochar area. They resorted to indiscriminate firing and fled after warning the driver and its helper to stay away from the vehicles. The oil tankers were destroyed completely while the driver and the helper were safe. Local administration is looking into the matter.
