Saudi PetroraRabigh says outage halts refinery ops

Saudi petrochemical giant PetroRabigh says an electrical outage has halted operations at its plant. The Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company said Sunday that an interruption in power supplies a day earlier had affected most of the units at the plant that produces petrochemical products for plastics.
PetroRabigh, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Japan's Sumitomo Chemical, said it was working on restoring power supplies and operations at its facility along the Red Sea coast. The company did not say when it expected operations to resume.
