New American ambassador to Pakistan Cameron Munter hosted a reception in honour of members of Diplomatic Correspondent Association of Pakistan (DCAP) here on Friday at his residence. The US Ambassador Cameron Munter and his wife Marilyn Wyatt received the guests and exchanged views with them on Pak-US relations and role of media in Pakistan and in promoting Pak-US ties.
The reception was attended by the members and office bearers of DCAP. President of DCAP Sajjad Baqir presented bouquet to the US Ambassador and welcomed him on behalf of the diplomatic press corps. The US Ambassador Munter thanked the members diplomatic press corps for extending their co-operation in promoting Pak-US relations during his tenure in Pakistan.-PR
