During the week, three more ships carrying 46,800 MT bagged sugar and 1059 containers carrying 27,336 MT imported sugar have arrived bringing the total imports to 708,807 MT.
According to Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) three vessels namely MV "Captain Wael" carrying 20,000 MT, MV "THOR SUN" carrying 14,600 MT and MV" Vinashin Beach " with 12,200 MT arrived between 23-10-2010 & 25-10-2010 at Port Bin Qasim and KPT. TCP expects to receive 83,000 MT more sugar by Mid November.
