Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif held a meeting with Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani on Saturday, a private TV channel reported. According to the channel, law and order situation in the country, post-flood conditions, rehabilitation of the internally displaced persons and other issues were discussed in the meeting.
Shahbaz Sharif and General Kayani also discussed matters related mainly to security during the meeting, the channel added.
