Toilet-cleaning robot here to do your chore in 90 seconds
Are you tired of cleaning your toilet and want someone else to do the chore for you? Well worry not as a new robot has been developed and its sole purpose is to clean toilets. This robot, called SpinX, can scrub your toilet in just 90 seconds.
SpinX is a first of its kind in the market, which cleans and dries your toilet, Tech Juice reported. Speaking about the making of SpinX, the co-founder and CEO, Hila Ben-Amram, said, “We live in the age of new technology and to still be performing a trivial task that hasn’t evolved in over 100 years confused me."
"I created SpinX to save people the effort and inconvenience of carrying out a job they hate to do, while striving to reach new levels of cleaning and hygiene that benefits all who are tired of getting their hands dirty,” Ben-Amram added.
SpinX is fitted inside the lid of the toilet and comes with a robotic arm with a rotating brush along with soap and water jets. The robot cleans the toilet with just a press of the button. It just not only cleans the inside of the toilet and the seat but it also dries up the wet seat using compressed air outlets. This way a person will not have to sit on the wet seat. All this work takes SpinX just 90 seconds.
You also have the choice to put your desired liquid in the robot’s container and it will do the cleaning. When it comes to the cleaning of its brush, SpinX can clean them itself automatically and can also be replaced.
SpinX removes 99.9% bacteria from the toilet and you don’t even need to press the robot for it to start cleaning. It automatically detects whether the toilet need cleaning and starts doing its job.
This new machine can be used with any toilet. That means you can replace any toilet seat with SpinX. When SpinX is not required, a removable cover hides the robot and the lid shuts down quietly no matter how hard it is shut.
SpinX is currently raising funds on kickstarter and can be preordered for just $199.
