A bomb explosion occurred at a railway track in Khairpur on Thursday. According to details, the bomb was planted in a railway track in Khairpur. Thetrack was damaged by the explosion. No one was injured in the blast. Police and bomb disposal squad reached to the spot. The railway track has been closed for traffic. The mechanical team has arrived on the spot to repair the track.
Divisional Superintendent (DS) Railways Sukkur, Roshan Ali Mangi told APP that hundreds of relief workers and heavy machineries remained busy in repairing rail tracks and hoped that the train service will be resumed within a few hours.
