A commander of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and the mastermind of Naval Complex suicide blast, Muhammad Rafiq arrested by the federal capital police on Monday. According to a news channel, Rafiq has accepted the responsibility of the Naval Complex explosion and other such acts. Rafiq has also accepted that he handed over his own son to Taliban for the Naval Complex blast, the channel added.
