ISE index gains 99.98 points

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 99.98 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,794.97 to 2,894.95 points. The overall turnover amounted to 154,624 shares as compared to previous volume of 140,460 shares.
Total 138 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (106) closed in positive territory, 32 closed in negative territory, whereas zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The turnover of bank of Punjab was 40,000 shares. The volume of Pakistan Oilfields was 19,664 shares. The turnover of Attock Refinery was 19,150 shares.
