The extraordinary general meeting (EOGM) of the members of Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) has been adjourned till January 24, 2011. This decision was taken in the EOGM of the KSE held here on Monday, which was attended by around 50 members. The EOGM was called on the issue of appointment of chairman of KSE.
A number of KSE wanted to amend articles of association of Karachi Stock Exchange for appointment of a member director as chairman of KSE. Sources said that the members discussed the issue. However, no decision could be taken in this regard. So the EOGM was adjourned till January 24, 2011.
