President Tribal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) Fayaz Ali here on Monday demanded of the government to announce new industrial policy for Fata to bolster business opportunities aimed at provision of employment to educated tribal youth. He also urged the government to exempt industrial units in the neglected tribal area from power outages to encourage business and trade activities.
He made these demands during a meeting of the executive body of TCCI here at Tribal Chambers of Commerce and Industries. The meeting reviewed in details the problems of the industries in Fata and Pata and decided to hold a meeting with Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Owais Ahmad Ghani and Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti to brief them about various proposals and suggestions in this regard.
