Dry fruits registered rise along with peas, black pepper, mace white other items fluctuated insignificantly or stayed put during the week ended on November 27, 2010, with Thursday remaining closed.

Cottonseed cakes with bag in Sindh low type rose by Rs 25 to Rs 1300, while good quality rose by Rs 10 to Rs 1310.
On Jodia Bazaar dry fruits (per 40-kg) Walnut in Shell I quoted at Rs 8000 and Rs 12,000 Walnut Kernal rose by Rs 400 to Rs 3200, raisin green rose by Rs 300 to Rs 15000, Chilghoza roasted was quoted at Rs 84000 and Pistachio at Rs 36000.
On Tuesday makai low type rose by Rs 38 to Rs 2538, better type rose by Rs 25 to Rs 2550. Cottonseed cakes in Sindh with bag lost Rs 20 to Rs 1280, while better type retained previous level at Rs 1310. Rapeseed Dadu lane conceded Rs 250 to Rs 1750, while the other variety stayed put at Rs 1800.
On Wednesday bajra low type rose by Rs 50 to Rs 2450, while better type rose by Rs 100 to Rs 2600. Gur low quality was unchanged at Rs 7200. Cottonseed cakes with bag low type was put at Rs 1280, while the other quality was marked at Rs 1300.
On Jodia Bazaar kirana items (per 40-kg) black pepper from Singapore rose by Rs 500 to Rs 18,500, black pepper from Ceylon rose by Rs 1200 to Rs 18,200, same items from Brazil rose by Rs 800 to Rs 19,000. Mace rose by Rs 3200 to Rs 88000, big cardamom rose by Rs 10000 to Rs 75000, copra Ceylon rose by Rs 800 to Rs 7000, copra Indian rose by Rs 600 to Rs 6500, copra from and dry ginger from China conceded Rs 400 to Rs 14800.
On Friday not a single deal was seen, as leading buyers were busy in preparations for Juma prayers.
On Jodia Bazaar Ceylon raw rubber ended up with the changes: CEYLON RAW RUBBER (Per lb): Merryrub (Equivalent to RSS3) closed higher by Rs 20 to Rs 185, RSSV went up by Rs 20 to Rs 185, Merryrub (Equivalent to Crape) moved upward by Rs 15 to Rs 195 and Pale Crape TPC3 was quoted at Rs 230. LATEX: Merrytax (28-kg) finished higher by Rs 50 to Rs 1,170, Semnan Tex edged up by Rs 50 to Rs 1,170 and Thai (G T) closed upward by Rs 50 to Rs 1,170.
On Saturday subdued business was seen as supply was matching with demand. Wheat old was registered at Rs 2630-2635 and new type was trading at Rs 2645-2650. Gur, low type was up by Rs 100 to Rs 6600 and best quality was higher by Rs 200 to Rs 7500, other items maintained their last closing levels in process of trading. Irri-6 Sindh was quoted at Rs 3250, but other types maintained their last closing levels. Castorseed Nawabshah low type shed Rs 25 to Rs 2175 and best quality was down by Rs 50 to Rs 2200. Cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh low type lost Rs 25 to Rs 1275 and good type also shed Rs 10 to Rs 1300, other items were unmoved during the business session.
