A local lawyer Ilamudin Ghazi has filed a petition before the Lahore High Court challenging discretionary powers of president, prime minister, governors and chief ministers. Petitioner says the discretionary powers of the rulers are against the teaching of Islam, therefore, prayed to the court to declare the same as unconstitutional.
