The WorldCall Telecom Limited has announced that its parent company Oman Telecommunication Company SAOG has called an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (AGM) on December 15 to solicit shareholders' approval of 35 million dollars for WorldCall Telecom Limited.
According to an information sent to Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Tuesday the EOGM of the company would be held at it's headquarter in Muwalah. The EOGM would discuss the agenda including to study the proposal to finance the company's subsidiary, WorldCall Telecom Limited, and authorise the Board of Directors to issue a written guarantee to a third party for providing funding equivalent to 35 million dollar to the WorldCall.
