Pakistan and South Korea here on Thursday signed a Framework Arrangement, under which, the later would provide a soft loan of $180 million for development projects in Pakistan. The signing ceremony was held here at Economic Affairs Division. The agreement was signed by Sibtain Fazal Halim, Secretary Economic Affairs Division and Choong-Joo Choi, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Pakistan.
Under the Framework Arrangement, South Korea will provide a soft loan of $180 million for development projects in Pakistan. The loan will be administered by Korean Economic Development Co-operation Fund and Korean EXIM Bank.
