Hijaz Welfare Hospital Gulberg management has elected Taslim Firdous as its chairperson. This was decided during the executive body meeting chaired by Haji Inam Elahi Asar. Mrs Taslim Firdous is the wife of late Mian Abdul Waheed, founder chairman of the hospital who served the hospital for 30 years.
The participants of the meeting paid glowing tributes to the services of late Mian Abdul Wheed, which he rendered for the welfare of the humanity. Former President LCCI Salahud Din Sahaf, Begum Mussarat Qayuam, Khalida Buzdar and family members of late Mian Abdul Waheed including Mian Asif, Mian Azam, Mian Shah Jehan, Mian Shahzad and other were also present on the occasion.
