Muttahida Muslim League (MML) has announced to hold a public gathering in the provincial capital next month in connection with its mass contact campaign. This was announced at a meeting between Awami Muslim League chief, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad and Pakistan Muslim League (like-minded) provincial information-secretary, Mian Muhammad Asif here on Sunday.
During the meeting, they exchanged views about the current political scenario of the country. The two leaders observed that the country is facing various problems and agreed that political parties must play their due role in resolving these issues otherwise "coming generations would not spare anybody". They also agreed that democracy is essential for the stability of the country.
