PML-F submits motion against sacking of contract employees

Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) has submitted an adjournment motion against the Education and Literacy Department, for discontinuing the services of 7187 contract employees. PML-F MPA, Nusrat Bano Sehr Abbasi submitted the adjournment motion to the Secretary of Sindh Assembly, Hadi Bux Burirro, at his office here on Wednesday.
The motion stated that proceedings of the assembly be adjourned to discuss a definite matter of recent and urgent public importance, namely Education and Literacy department which has discontinued the services of 7187 contract base employees. It said education and literacy department has made 3465 fresh appointments of non-teaching staff from BPS-1 to 14, while it has discontinued the services of the trained/experienced staff without any reasonable cause.
