NH&MP foil robbery bid, nab two

National Highway and Motorway Police (NH&MP) N-5 Central has arrested two criminals, foiled three attempts of dacoity and recovered liquor, oil tanker Shahzor and returned two valuable heavy paper rollers to its respective owners during the last few days.
NH&MP patrol officers arrested Abdul Qayum and Sajid Abbas R/O Khanewal and recovered liquor from their possession. Motorway Police also foiled three attempts of dacoity at different locations and recovered snatched oil tanker bearing number LS-5880 and a Shahzor Daala numbering C-4177. On the directions of DIG N-5 Central, the recovered items and criminals were handed over to local police for further action. In another event, NH&MP recovered and returned two lost heavy paper rollers, worth more than 20,000, to its respective owners after a hectic search to find them.
