ISE index moves both ways

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 14.33 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,073.79 to 3,088.12 points. The overall turnover amounted to 83,308 shares as compared to previous volume of 107,610 shares.
Total 155 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (62) closed in positive territory, 93 closed in negative territory, whereas zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The turnover of Lottee Pakistan PTA was 30,400 shares. The volume of Silk Bank Limited was 25,000 shares. The turnover of Engro Corporation was 6,000 shares.
