Ten latest Bollywood famous songs that are rip-offs
Indian music producers go lengths and lengths in composing a new song but not in a creative aspect and more in geographical sense, as some of the most famous Bollywood songs are copied by Pakistani or other countries music.
Swag se Swagat
The first song on the list is the latest track of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. The song ‘Swag se Swagat’ is the first track of movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. Surely Salman and Katrina have everyone hooked and dancing to the beat of the song but did you know that the music of the track is identical to the international hit dance number, ‘Horns’ by DJ Katch? Listen and see your yourself:
Zaalima
The next song on our list is ‘Zaalima’ from Shah Rukh Khan and Mahira Khan’s ‘Raees’, which is very similar to a Korean song by popular K-Pop singer Taeyang, ‘Eyes, Nose, and Lips.’
Nashe Si Chad Gayi
This song ‘Nashe Si Chad Gayi’ features Ranveer Singh, in which he and his co-star Vaani Kapoor have shown off their dancing skills. The song, which is from the film ‘Befikre’, was a hit among the masses but many do not know that the background music of the song has been taken music from Japanese Manga ‘Junjo Romantica’.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
This song is undoubtedly one of the most famous songs of Bollywood - the title track of ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, composed by Pritam Chakrborty. The music of the song sounds a lot like the original song of Brad Pitt’s movie ‘World War Z’. The original song is ‘Isolated System’ by Muse.
Alizeh
It seems like Pritam has put least efforts while composing the songs of ‘ADHM’, as the music for the movie's song ‘Alizeh’ is also a copy and this time it is Cold play's 2008 song ‘Strawberry Swing’.
Thori Der
Another song ‘Thori Der’, from Indian movie ‘Half Girlfriend’, is a complete copy of Pakistani singer Farhan Saeed’s original 2015 song that music composer Pritam adapted.
Chitta Kukkad
Another Bollywood movie ‘Loveshudda’ has made it to the list. The song ‘Chitta Kukkad’ in the movie is a wedding song which is an old Pakistani song’s rip-off sung by Musarrat Nazir.
Naach Meri Jaan Naach
Song from ‘ABCD 2’ was a dance/musical movie but still one of the tracks of the movie ‘Naach Meri Jaan Naach’ is a complete copy from Conglomerate’s 2014 song ‘808’.
Bandook Meri Laila
A newly released movie ‘Gentleman’, staring Jacqueline Fernandez and Siddharth Malhotra, had a song ‘Bandook Meri Laila’ that seemed like a mash up of a lot of English songs, including Weeknd’s ‘Can’t feel my face’ and Charlie Puth’s ‘Attention’.
Chaar Kadam
The song ‘Chaar Kadam’ from Aamir Khan’s blockbuster movie ‘PK’ from 2014 has a melodious tune that easily hooks listeners but wait till you hear the original track of the 2013 movie ‘Before Midnight’ by Graham Reynolds, as both the songs have similar music.
