Prime Minister's Housing Scheme: PHA extends deadline for submitting applications

Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) has extended the date of applications to Prime Minister's Housing Scheme of Kurri Road, near Chak Shahzad and I-12 sector till February 28, 2011. The PHA had acquired 78 acres of land here in Kurri Road, Chak Shahzad, and 15 acres of land in I-12 sector for provision of plots for BS-20 to 22 and flats for BS 17 to 19 officers of Federally Constituted Occupational Groups.
According to PHA, eligibility criteria would be observed as approved by the Prime Minister ie allotment on age-wise seniority basis without prejudice to the interest of others. The officers submitting option forms and choosing Islamabad as first programme city and were in service from January 01, 2008, shall be considered in the scheme. The interest of the officers of non-occupational groups/ex-cadre will also be taken care of as per the approved policy.-PR
