Khushhali Bank, Pakistan's premiere microfinance bank, has successfully deployed Oracle Human Capital Management enabling its HR department to expedite the recruitment process and evaluation of its staff performance.
Khushhali bank has replaced a range of legacy stand alone third party and in-house developed applications across various branches with Oracle Human Capital Management, a component of the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, enabling the management to organise HR system while making some of the manual processes completely paper free.
'Prior to deploying Oracle Human Capital Management, our managers had to perform several HR tasks manually or using stand alone systems which made it hard for them to maintain and process HR information,' said Ghalib Nishtar, President Khushhali bank. 'With the unified view of integrated HR information, we are able to assess even individual attributes such as compensation, performance, learning competencies and benefits enabling us to get the most out of our workforce while spending minimum time and effort, he added.-PR
