Yellow peas prices higher on grain market

Grams prices were higher on the wholesales grain and seed market on Thursday in process of the sluggish trading, dealers said. On the grams side yellow peas Canada was higher by Rs 100 to Rs 3750-3900, yellow peas dal Canada was up by Rs 150 to Rs 4200-4350, yellow peas Ukraine followed same pattern, rising by Rs 100 to Rs 3650-3800 and yellow peas Ukraine dal gained Rs 100 to Rs 4100-4250, other items held the overnight levels, they added.
On the cereal side gur is the only item, which showed change as low type fell by Rs 200 to Rs 5200 while the best type retained the overnight level at Rs 6200, they said. On the seed side cottonseed oilcake with bag Sindh low type was unchanged at Rs 1240 while the good quality was up by Rs 5 to Rs 1290, they said.
