The above show was held and we got tickets at Rs 3000 each. However it was total mayhem and we could not even enter with the family. It was a bad reflection on our residential area. The area outside Golf-Club and the street had:
--- No streetlights
--- No policeman in sight
--- No traffic control
--- No nothing, except a huge crowd of young, angry men from all over
--- We managed to get out of the traffic jam and return safely to our phase VI residence, in one piece but shaken.
In our opinion the organiser of the event oversold the tickets as some people standing there lamented having wasted Rs 500 on each ticket (while we got them at Rs 3000 each). Equally to blame, apart from DHA management, can be the ticket sellers/outlets, AF, Butlers Chocolate, Expresso, Subway, Agha's Supermarket , Naheed Supermarket, Stud Cafe, etc who sold tickets to unsuspecting customers and young people.
In Pakistan, we don't expect any refunds from any scam but at least some sort of care may please be exercised for future events. One could see armed forces personnel (in uniform) have the venue gates opened only for their family, while we civilians stood by Total mess. Perhaps a scam. Anything could have happened in the darkness/streets .Please exercise more caution in future for which we thank you in advance.
