Rehabilitation of terrorism-hit people: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa concerned over shifting of aid

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has expressed its reservation over proposed plan of federal government to shift donations being provided by international donors for the rehabilitation of terrorism affected people to rehabilitation of flood victims.
"Shifting of aid provided for rehabilitation of terrorism hit people to flood victims will have negative impact on the ongoing efforts for combating militancy," said Mian Iftikhar while talking with newsmen here at a ceremony held at Peshawar Museum on Monday.
Mian Iftikhar said a meeting of Economic Affairs Division is going to be held on next Monday in Islamabad in this regard. However, he added, the provincial government has sent Chief Secretary with the directives to fully apprise participants about the concerns of KP government over the issue.
