MADRID: Spain will issue between 7.25 billion and 9.75 billion euros ($8.6 billion-$11.6 billion) in debt this week, with a T-bill auction on Tuesday and a quadruple bond auction on Thursday, the Treasury said on Monday.
The Treasury will issue between 4 billion and 5 billion euros at an auction of 6- and 12-month T-bills on Tuesday.
It will aim to sell between 250 million and 750 million euros of an inflation-linked bond due 2021 on Thursday. At the same scheduled auction, the Treasury will sell between 3 billion and 4 billion euros of bonds due 2022, 2027 and 2041.
