Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani called on Samina Khalid Ghurki, Federal Minister for Environment and Women Development, at her residence here on Friday and offered condolences on the demise of her husband Khalid Javaid Ghurki.
He offered Fateha for him and prayed for rest to the departed soul and patience to the bereaved family. Paying tribute to the late Khalid Ghurki, the Prime Minister said that he was a loyal senior leader of the PPP and his services for the party and the country would be remembered forever. Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khosa and Federal Minister Ameen Fahim were also present. Earlier, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani arrived here on Friday and Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khan Khosa welcomed him at the airport.
