Punjab University faculty member, Dr Nadeem Sheikh has achieved an international honour for the country as he has been appointed Visiting Associate Professor by the University of Medicine, Goettingen (UMG), Germany.
Dr Nadeem has established collaboration with UMG and signed MoU with them in this regard. He has also established a joint research group with German collaborators Professor Dr G. Ramadori and Dr Ihtzaz A. Malik as well as recommended five scholars to acquire a PhD degree from the German varsity. So far, two of these scholars have completed their PhDs while three are working to earn the degree.
