China Liaoning International & Technical Co-operation Group Corporation Limited (CLIC) is participating with Petrosin Engineering (Pvt) Limited in the bid for UCH-II and Kunnar Pasakhi deep development projects of Oil and Gas Development Corporation (OGDC) Limited.
The Director and chief representative Pakistan office, CLIC Engineer Wei Jun, in a letter to Business Recorder has denied writing any letter from Pakistan office or the head office to OGDCL as reported in our issue of March 17, of not being a member of Petrosin-led consortium. The letter provided by OGDCL sources contradicting Petrosin contention appears to be a forgery to spoil chances of the bidder in the tender for the above mentioned project.
