A petition seeking contempt of court action against the Additional District and Sessions Judge (AD&SJ), Muhammad Yousaf Aujla has been filed before the Supreme Court. The petitioner contended that he had on January 31 last, moved an application to seek open court trial of Raymond, which was still pending with the SC.
The petitioner Barrister Zafarullah Khan alleged in his petition that the respondent Judge released double murder accused Raymond Davis, executing a 'conspiracy' and passed the orders without observing the procedure of the law and meeting the legal requirements.
