Diyat money paid by government challenged

A member bar Rana Ilamud Din Ghazi has challenged the payment of Diyat Money by the Government of Pakistan. Gazi also beseeched to the court to ascertain the responsibility, who avoided inclusion of Anti Terrorism Act and for charges of spying against the state on Davis.
He said Raymond remained involved in anti Pakistan activities for three years but the investigators did not probe him on these lines. He therefore, prayed to the court to summon record of judicial and police file of the case and fix responsibility on them, who avoided to perform their duties.
