Police on Friday claimed to have arrested four drug peddlers involved in several crimes from Ilyas Goth in the limits of Super Market police station and recovered huge cache of weapons. According to details, Super Market police received tip-off that a group of drug peddlers was hiding in the area.
Reacting on the information, a police party conducted raid at Ilyas Goth and arrested four criminals namely Naeem Sindhi, Danish, Naushad and Aslam while their two others accomplices managed to flee.
Police claimed that they had recovered two local hand-grenade, two SMGs, four pistols and Rs 1.35 million cash from their possession and added that accused were drug peddlers and wanted in several criminal cases. They said a case against these criminals was registered.
