Dutch gas and oil explorer Spyker Energy is aiming to raise up to 35 million pounds ($56 million) in a London stock market listing, according to a report in the Sunday Times. The group intends to start trading on London's junior AIM market just before Easter, with a value of 50-70 million pounds, a source close to the company said on Sunday.
It will launch its first full week of investor presentations in London on Monday, he added. Spyker Energy holds 10 licences in the Netherlands and Denmark, the source said, and it will drill three exploration wells in the new four months. Spyker Energy declined to comment.
