The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will auction 26 shops at the lower ground floor, besides the space for a restaurant on first floor, of the Park and Ride Plaza on Wednesday (today). According to a LDA's spokesperson, all arrangements had been finalised and the auction would be held as per the revised schedule. Around 13 shops on ground floor had already been sold for Rs 211.45 million against the reserve price of Rs 185.3 million in an open auction that was held on January 26.
People interested in taking part in the auction will have to deposit reserve price of Rs 1 million for each shop and Rs 3.5 million for restaurant in cash or through a pay order in the name of LDA. The auction proceedings will start at 10am by an LDA committee member in the presence of media representatives to make the process transparent.
