Asian Athletics Association has selected Pakistan's ace athlete Muhammad Sajjad athlete to participate in the Asian Grand Prix Series 2011. "Sajjad will feature in the event of 110m hurdles in the series which will be held in China," said Mohammad Khalid Mahmood, Secretary, Athletics Federation of Pakistan (AFP) here on Thursday.
He said Sajjad stands qualified to participate in all the three venues of the Asian Grand Prix Series 2011, 1st Leg, May 22, Jiaxing, China, 2nd leg, May 26, Kunshan China, 3rd leg, May 29, Wujiqang, China. Meanwhile, President, AFP, Major General Muhammad Akram Sahi (Retd) has congratulated Muhammad Sajjad on his selection.
