President, Awami National Party (ANP), Sindh Shahi Syed on Thursday called on Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Interior Minister Rehman Malik at Chief Minister House and presented certain problems and issues. Shahi Syed said that his party wants peace in the province of Sindh specifically in Karachi, and assured that for that purpose ANP is fully ready to cooperate with the government.
He said that ANP will not support any criminal and will fully cooperate with the Law Enforcing Agencies in action against killers or criminals. The Chief Minister and Interior Minister said that strict action will be taken against any person belonging to any group or party without any discrimination or affiliation. They added that the Police, Rangers and other law enforcing agencies have been directed to take appropriate and coordinated efforts against persons involved in target killing.
