The Lahore High Court (LHC) here Thursday sought reply within a week from President National Bank of Pakistan in a petition against non-provision of enhanced benevolent fund to retired bank employees. Shaukat Ali, a former Vice President NBP through his counsel argued that federal government made considerable enhancement in benevolent fund of the bank but its administration is refusing to give benefit to retired employees.
He prayed to the court to direct the bank administration to enhance pension of retired employees after increase in benevolent fund.
