Gas pipeline blown up in Loti

Gas supply to a purification plant was suspended after unidentified miscreants blew up a pipeline in Loti area of the district, local police officials said Friday. According to reports, the miscreants had planted explosives with an 8-inch diameter pipeline supply gas to a purification plant from Well No: 10. The subsequent explosion damaged several feet long piece of the pipeline suspending gas supply to the purification plant.
SSGC experts have been called in to repair the damaged pipeline. Police has registered a case against unidentified miscreants.
