'105 outlaws held in Peshawar'

The city police claimed to have arrested 105 outlaws including eight proclaimed offenders (POs) and recovered caches of weapons and drugs from their custody on Monday, police said. According to press release, the city police started crackdown in various part of the city and arrested 105 criminals including eight POs.
The arrested POs were identified as Arshad Ali, Tahseen ullah, Zai-ul-Islam, Mukhtyar, Said Amin, Asad Iqbal, Shah Mindad and Zulfaqar Ali. The police also recovered two hand grenades, 25 packets of explosive material, 48 pistols, 81 rifles, five Kalashnikovs and hundreds of cartridges besides 200 grams of hashish, 400 grams heroin and 10 bottles of liquor. The police have registered the case and investigation is underway.
