Pakistan Muslim League-Q, President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Thursday had a telephonic conversation with JUI Chief Maulana Fazl-ur- Rehman, who is currently in Belgium, and discussed with him matters pertaining to offer of PPP-led coalition government to PML-Q for joining present government, it was learnt on Thursday.
Sources told Business Recorder that JUI Senator Talha Mahmood also met PML-Q president at his Gulberg residence and exchanged views on current political and economic situation of the country. Mahmood also delivered a message of Maulana Fazl ur Rehman to PML-Q President. According to the sources, Fazl-ur-Rehman conveyed his current stance to Chaudhry Shujaat and categorically stated that JUI would not rejoin the government.
