Prominent artist of international repute Jimmy Engineer has said that he firmly believes in using his God-given artistic capabilities for promoting soft image of the Motherland for helping the needy and destitute people through charity.
While talking to the media people here on Tuesday during his stopover while on his way from Karachi to Islamabad, he said that he has been practising this belief throughout his life as an artist and a social crusader to project soft, progressive, moderate and tolerant image of Pakistan before the world through display of his art work and helping the needy people in distress through charity within the country as well as abroad.
Jimmy Engineer said that through display of selected art work in the USA, Germany, France, Canada, UAE and elsewhere all these years, he has been availing the opportunity to project and promote positive and soft image of Pakistan through his paintings and lectures considering this as a great service he can render for his Motherland as an artist who has been blessed with the highest possible artistic qualities by Almighty Allah and enjoys international reputation and fame. Furthermore, Jimmy continued to say, that he uses proceeds from the sale of his paintings and canvass prints of his huge art work including the Pakistan.
