Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gilani has sent the proposed names of retired high court judges, three from each province, to Leader of the Opposition for consultation in connection with appointment to Election Commission of Pakistan. According to a press release issued by the Prime Minister House here on Saturday, the names have been sent to Leader of the Opposition Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan for consultation as required by the Article 218 (2) (b) of the Constitution.
