Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 5.00 points, as the Index moved from 2,696.64 to 2,701.64 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 50,643 shares, as compared to previous volume of 24,855 shares. Total 121 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (57) closed in positive territory, 64 closed in negative territory. National Bank of Pakistan turnover was 10,000 shares. The turnover of PIA was 5,064 shares.
