Pakistan Tehrik Insaf staged a protest demonstration against drone attacks in Multan under the leadership of Ijaz Ahmed Janjua, Dr Robina Akhtar. A good number of workers participated in the protest which held outside the Multan Press Club on Thursday. The protestors were carrying banners and placards inscribed with different slogans against drone attacks.
Addressing the participants, the leaders said the killing of innocent people should be stopped and added drone attacks should also be halted. They said that Imran Khan would lead a massive sit-in on May 21 and 22 to block the supply of Nato forces to express his anger against the continuous drone attacks.
